Reynobond Aluminium Façades
Reynobond is a composite panel consisting of two coil coated aluminium sheets bonded to an extruded thermoplastic compound core material.
It is notable for its very low expansion coefficient and simple processing characteristics; it also offers high shock resistance. A Reynobond panel is an extremely rigid light-weight panel, weighing 3.4 times less than steel and 1.6 times less than pure aluminium! These advantages are particularly evident with large-surface implementations that pose particular challenges in terms of flatness and stiffness.
Reynolux is a coil-coated aluminium sheet achieved through continuous coil coating process allowing the application of one or more paint layers.
The easy processing of this material allows the creation of novel shapes with brilliant colours. The outstanding physical and chemical characteristics of the paints also lend Reynolux an extraordinary protection against UV rays and weathering. The optimal adherence by paints allows the coil-coated material to be shaped in a variety of ways.
Depending on the specific design and budget requirements, Reynobond and Reynolux can be combined without problem.
